In this workshop you will learn how to optimize your body in this time of year within the guidelines of Ayurveda, the science of life.
Some of the the topics covered in this workshop will be; how to prep the body for a detox, having regular meals, rest and activity, what to do when you ‘‘fall off the wagon’’, caffeine intake and which foods to include and which to avoid.
Kendra will offer basic Ayurvedic guidelines detailing daily practices to assist you through a digestive cleansing process.
You will come away from this workshop with recipes you can use, tips on setting up a daily planner, a yoga practice to support your body through a cleanse and breathing techniques to assist you.
As a result of this workshop, you will have the information and tools available to you to establish your life with easier digestion, less bloating and congestion, less fatigue and over all physical and mental support.
