You have physical control over your subtle body with the use of diaphrams, commonly referred to in the yoga practice as bandhas. These bandhas offer you the potential to control your body, mind and energy with only your breath. The physcial diaphrams in the body are breathing intangible air into the tangible body.

This workshop focuses on teaching you how to control the physical and have effect over the intangble. How to focus your mind and concentrate your intangible, subtle and unknowable potential with your will power.

Control the breath, control the mind. In order to control the breath, you will learn about the bandhas and how to use them in pranayama, or breath control practices.

We will learn how the physical body connects with the subtle energetic body as we explore the connection between the diaphrams and their corresponding chakra points.

We will learn specifc yoga poses and specific breathing techniques that you will be able to do at home any time you choose. These specific poses and breathing techniques are designed to empower you and demistify the space between the mind and the consciousness.
