
My yoga journey began back in 2000, exploring different methods and styles before completing certifications to teach both children and adults. With a strong foundation and practice in Iyengar and Ashtanga, I’ve been guiding students since 2015, blending alignment and mindful exploration of poses with a focus on personal growth—on and off the mat. I love sharing yoga in a way that’s approachable and fun, always hoping to bring not just balance and strength, but also a smile to your practice. I also teach mindfulness meditation in a way that’s simple, relatable, and fun. I look forward to connecting and practicing together!
