This workshop teaches you how to meditate yourself to well-being.

Meditation is step 7 in the 8-step in the yoga practice. Becoming more familiar with meditation brings you closer with experiencing the entire yoga process and benefiting from it throughout your life.

In this workshop you’ll learn to access a meditative state-of-mind so you can examine your subconscious belief system which determines your template reality.

The template reality is a meta-physical concept suggesting the physical world changes and presents itself to you based upon how you feel, think, and behave. Your subconscious belief system is a refined representation of the way you think, feel, and behave generally throughout your life.

Meditation is all about focusing on harmony instead of dissonance. Learning to meditate for the purpose of creating harmony in your present moment will help you inspire your template reality to representative of your hopes and dreams.
