The Meditation Workshop is a self evolving series that moves through the process of yoga with the mind. The goal of any meditation practice is to be able to just be in the world, in the present moment and feel safe and comfortable.

Learn the technical aspects of meditation like, breathwork, visualization and energetic movements through the body.

Learn how to apply these ancient practices to your modern life for the purpose of simply being satisfied.

Together we will learn about meditation, its connection to yoga and how to use the yoga process to get into meditaiton easier.

We will learn specific breathing techniques and guide our awareness into specific parts of the body so that we can connect with our subtle energetic body.

We will learn how to use external sound frequencies to help us get into meditation and also how to create internal sound frequencies for the same purpose.

We will work through the yoga process one step at a time until we get to meditation.

Once in a state of meditation, we will actively construct a detailed visulization then spend time there in silence.

The workshops ends as we gently come out of the meditation and have a moment to recap and share our experiences or address questions you may have.
