I’ve been a passionate yoga practicioner since ‘05 when I found solace in yoga while battling chronic migraines. My journey from using yoga to complement workouts to relying less on medication and ultimately becoming migraine-free sparked my desire to share its transformative power.
Certified in Prenatal Yoga, Children’s Yoga and a Reiki Practicioner, my classes are more than physical practice; they’re a space for intention setting, gently pushing boundaries, and finding freedom on and off the mat.
My teaching style is a blend of creativity, grounding meditation and free flowing movement infused with uplifting rhythms and positive energy.
Join me Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm for power flow and Tuesdays at 7:15pm for Prenatal Yoga.
