Join Melissa for a nurturing Postnatal Yoga Workshop designed for moms 6 weeks to 12 months postpartum. This 90-minute session begins with a gentle yet strengthening 60-minute yoga practice to help restore your body, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. After class, enjoy a relaxed space to mingle and connect with other moms navigating postpartum life. This practice is open to all levels – no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Come as you are, dress comfortably, and bring your yoga mats and water.
