If you can get into the studio, then you can do this class. Adjustable Yoga has been designed to be approachable to every body type at every age. Yoga is a general process that we all go through, whether consciously or subconsiously, this class will teach you how to adjust the yoga practice to fit into your life, at your age, in your body.

This class is taught primarily on the floor, but if you need or prefer to be sitting in a chair, that is available to you as well. The primary goal of this class is to teach you how to approach the yoga practice in a way that takes all the fear and apprehension out of the equation.

If you have ever been interested in trying yoga but hesitated because you don’t think you’re physically capabale of doing it, this is the the class for you to try.
