Self Love Workshop

Led by Melissa Ramirez, this workshop will focus on the heart chakra (Anāhata), blending open-heart yoga poses with grounding breathwork to gently unlock and process stored emotions. We will create a nurturing space toward deeper self-compassion and emotional release. We will also carve out time for journaling and self-reflection, allowing space to connect with your inner voice. You are welcome to bring your own journal or use one that will be provided. Through mindful movement, intention-setting, and personal reflection, you'll cultivate tools to carry this renewal beyond the mat.
