Utilizing the breath, you will focus on core strength.
With a calm clear mind, you will gain flexibility.
With continuous grounding cues, you will increase your body awareness and body control.
Prioritizing your breath, you will create a strong mind-body connection.
With increaseed mind-body awareness, you will be more precise when targeting specific muscle groups throughout the class.
You will strengthen your core and increase your freedom of mobility.
This class will be adapted to different fitness levels and can be modified to suit individual needs.
