This movement, no matter how uncomfortable or challenging it is, is a basic human necessity.
Every time you sit down in a chair, you are performing a squat.
Every time you go to the toilet, you are performing a squat.
Every time you take a step forward, you are performing a (mini) squat.
Since one of our main goals is to get up and down and in and out of a chair with ease, we will use this exercise to teach the body how to do the bare minimum of what is necessary for your quality of life.
This is your first complex movement.
