In this process, we are looking to change physical reality by changing the way we feel in our bodies. We are looking for something we do not currently have.

Learning to control your breath is the first step towards learning to direct your mind.

When you learn to breathe for the purpose of directing your mind where you choose, you will begin to direct your mind to find the relief and freedom you are looking for.
