Prenatal Yoga
This prenatal yoga class is crafted to alleviate the discomforts associated with pregnancy and is particularly effective in preparing you for childbirth. During each class, you'll engage in a blend of purposeful movements, breath-work, and meditation techniques. Our practice is tailored to help you manage stress and address common pregnancy discomforts such as round ligament pain, SI joint discomfort, upper and lower backache, fatigue, soreness in the hands and wrists, as well as swelling in fingers and ankles. We also focus on alleviating tightness in the chest and ribs. Emphasis will be placed on pelvic floor toning and movements supporting breast health.
Beyond the physical benefits, this class provides a supportive environment where you can connect with fellow moms-to-be.
