All you will NEED to practice is the full movement without any physcial discomfort or limitation.

You simply practice getting up and down off the floor every day by making sitting on the floor be part of your daily routine.

The truth is, this course wasn’t really designed to get you in and out of a chair.

Even though it does help.

The main goal of this course is to get up and down off the floor freely.
