Join Shawna in this 90 minutes workshop focusing on steady, mindful movement in order to build strength, both physically and mentally.
Why? Because how we think affects how we move, and how we move affects how we think.
Using mindfulness in the body, repetitive movements for whole body strength building, and slow, focused, precise movements, we will support the mind to body and body to mind connection.
We will build up to crow pose; an arm balancing posture which is a powerful foundational pose for strength, focus, balance, stability, and creating movement towards arm balances and inversions.
Appropriate for all levels due to variations and progressional options to support where you are and your growth.
