Classes
find the practice your body is asking for
A Different Kind of Studio
Every class here happens on our grounding grid — copper strips run across the floor, wired to a grounded outlet, in contact with the earth beneath the building.
Some people find that direct contact with the earth helps them feel calmer, on top of what the class itself does for the body and mind. Read more about how our grounding works.
Every class is taught with a somatic focus — less about how a pose looks, more about how it feels from the inside. We cap our open-level classes at 18 mats so they stay personal instead of crowded. It's a small studio in Riverdale, and we like it that way.
Where to Start
If your system is running on empty, start with yin yoga or restorative yoga for full-body rest. For something a bit more energizing, try reiki flow, vinyasa & meditation, or hatha. If you want to build strength and stamina, yoga sculpt, mat pilates, and vinyasa will get you there.
Not sure which level fits? Read our guide to class levels, or just ask us — we're happy to point you in the right direction.

Restorative & Sound BathRestorative yoga gives your body the time and support it needs to actually let go. Add in the calming vibration of the sound bowls and the extra signal of safety from being physically grounded, and you get a depth of rest that's hard to find anywhere else.
sink in and settle
Yin YogaSink into long, quiet holds that work into deep connective tissue and ease stiffness you've been carrying. Sitting directly on our grounding grid adds a steady, calming undercurrent to the practice.
move slow, feel more
Reiki FlowMove slowly through postures while familiarizing yourself with the feeling of Reiki, easing mental fatigue and helping you feel more balanced. Practicing on our grounding grid gives you a steady base to work through whatever you're carrying.
