This class is a gentle Yin flow based entirely on the mat and includes stretchres with 2-3 minute holds. In this class you will learn the 4 symbolic steps of the Reiki process and how to internalize them for the benefit of your yoga practice.
The truth is, yoga has it’s own understanding of Reiki known as prana, often translated as universal energy activated through the breath. Yoga is an embodiment practice for this universal energy. Reiki teaches us how to channel and direct that universal energy for the purpose of healing. Once you learn to get your body into a pose that feels balanced, you will be open and receptive to the group Reiki energy provided by the instructor.
