These classes are available to anyone and everyone.

If you’ve never done yoga before, or have serious body pain or can’t get up and down off of the floor easily, this is for you.

These classes focus on foundational poses, breathing techniques and awareness circulating throughtout the body.

If you are new to yoga or have limited experience, then these classes are ideal because they move at a slower pace and offer detailed instruction.

1

These classes are available to anyone who can get up and down off of the floor on their own.

Focusing on foundational poses and moving up and down off of the floor, you’ll begin to learn basic sequences of movement, even if you are new to yoga or have limited experience.

These classes emphasize a slower pace and detailed instruction to get into foundational poses like; downward facing dog, warrior poses, gentle twists and flowing sequences like the sun salutation series.

2

These classes are for advanced beginners or people who know what they like and are happy to adjust their practice to the group present in the class.

These classes are not ‘‘easy’’, they move at a moderate pace and provide more than enough physical effort for even an advanced yogi. You will continue to build upon the foundational poses and often include more interesting transitions and sequences of poses while accentuating the strength required to balance in the transitions.

3

These classes are at an intermediate to advanced level of practice.

If you’ve never done yoga before, but you’re in good shape, you’ll be just fine. It will be hard, but you can do it.

If you’ve never done yoga before, and it’s hard for you to get up and down off of the floor, you will not enjoy these classes.

Focusing on more complicated sequences of poses and more challenging variations of poses,

these classes move at a pretty quick pace and are designed to be a challenge, even for the expert yogis.
