These classes are available to anyone and everyone.

These classes focus on foundational poses, breathing techniques and awareness circulating throughtout the body.

These classes are designed for those who are new to yoga or have limited experience.

These classes emphasize a slower pace and detailed instruction to get into foundational poses like; downward facing dog, warrior poses, gentle twists and flowing sequences like the sun salutation series.

These classes build upon the foundational poses and often include more interesting transitions and sequences of poses.

These are the classes you can do on a consistent basis without feeling bored or getting burned out.

3

These classes are at an intermediate to advanced level of practice.

If you’ve never done yoga before, and it’s hard for you to get up and down off of the floor, you will not enjoy these classes.
