Join Kendra for an hour long workshop that teaches you the basic fundamental tenants of the Vinyasa practice in yoga. The focus will be on foundational poses, breathing practices and alignment. This workshop will teach you how to feel comfortable in a Vinyasa class, even if you’re a beginner, even if you’re body is tight, even if you’re not flexible.
