Has anyone ever taught them how to pay attention?
Mindfulness is the practice of concentrating your attention on one thing with the purpose of cultivating inner kindness and curiosity.
This series will reveal what mindfulness really is and how to bring more attention to your body, breath, emotions and environment.
Each session has its own set of topics, guided practices, and a student workbook that your teen will take with them as a reminder of what they reveal about themselves.
This series is designed to help your teen reduce stress, relieve anxiety, build self-awareness and develop the skills required to regulate their emotional worlds.
Each session has 5 classes.
Each class is 90 minutes.
Each session costs $350.
You may sign up for one session only.
If you sign up for both sessions, the cost is $600 instead of $700.
