MYA Workshops

MYA is a combination of mindfulness, yoga and Ayurveda. In this workshop series you will discover how to utilize these 3 practices to allow for a truer understanding of self and help you live your practice.

Mindfulness will help you to create a calm and energized mind through awareness of the breath.

Yoga will help you find balance of the physical body through movement.

Ayurveda will help you discover how to nourish your body and mind through optimal diet and lifestyle practices encouraging longevity for everyone in every season.

Spring MYA Workshop

As winter melts into spring, this 90-minute experiential workshop explores Kapha dosha—the Ayurvedic energy of earth and water that governs stability, nourishment, and renewal. Through mindful movement, invigorating breathwork, and simple Ayurvedic wisdom, we’ll gently awaken the body, clear stagnation, and cultivate lightness and clarity for the season ahead. Expect a balanced blend of yoga, guided mindfulness, and practical tools to support energy, digestion, and emotional balance as we transition into spring.

Summer MYA Workshop

Celebrate the energy of the summer solstice with this 90-minute mindfulness, yoga, and Ayurveda experience focused on Pitta dosha—the fire and water energies that govern transformation, digestion, and focus. Through cooling yoga practices, cooling breathwork, and accessible Ayurvedic insights, we’ll balance heat, soften intensity, and cultivate clarity and ease. This session offers practical tools to support the body, mind, and emotions during the peak of summer.

Fall MYA Workshop

As the energy of autumn settles in, this 90-minute mindfulness, yoga, and Ayurveda experience focuses on Vata dosha—the air and ether energies that influence movement, creativity, and the nervous system. Through slow, grounding yoga, calming breathwork, and practical Ayurvedic wisdom, we’ll soothe the mind, stabilize the body, and cultivate a sense of ease and balance during the transition into cooler, drier months.
