Based in Riverdale with her loving husband, Mike, and their two dear children, Ellary (9) and Rowan (2). She splits her time between New York City and Sag Harbor, where she completed the Yoga Shanti 200-hour Teacher Training program and continues her studies with her mentors and the studio throughout the year. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and in 2022 deepened her studies with Colleen Saidman Yee and Rodney Yee, exploring how Iyengar yoga embodies the eight limbs of yoga by uniting alignment, breath, and meditation. Her teaching is rooted in “respecting the spine,” with every posture—from sitting to standing to balancing—becoming an invitation to create balance, effort, and ease.
