When the perceived pain of potential movement is stong enough to overpower your will to move freely, you feel defeated, ashamed and embarrased. From this place, you will find peace of mind by rationalizing why you are stuck and justifying your lack of mobility so that you don’t have to admit that you have lost your will to overcome.
The only way to get yourself out of this deep sunken place, is to take one step at a time. If you try to do too much at once in hopes that you could potentially feel the relief you are desiring now, you will most likely exhaust yourself before accomplishing your goals and fall right back down to the depths of your confinement.
Following the flow of this course will help you to be in the right place at the right time, doing the right things and feeling the right way. You may be able to complete one video and move right on to the next. You may need to spend a day or two, or a week or two on each video before you are confident in your ability to overcome each obstacle before moving on to the next video.
This course follows a strategic framework so that each lesson build upon the previous one and slowly over time, with practice and consistency, you will be able to freely move up and down and in and out of any chair in any place. With patience, persistence and consistency, you will regain your freedom of mobility.
Follow your desires and move your body freely.
One step at a time, you will get stronger and feel better.
