You choose how much and how often you want to learn. The Self Mastery Program is a 16 part program teaching the full depth of the yoga practice for the body, mind and soul. Whether you choose the full or half program, you will learn how to use yoga, not just for stretching but to connect with your body and mind. Learning the totality of the yoga practice, allows you to deepen your connection and stay in alignment with your self along the path of least resistance through your life.

The goal of the Self Mastery program is to familiarize yourself with the feeling of being connected to your body and mind.

This is an attunement process, not a completion process.

Each session builds off the last.
