The breath regulates the way that you feel in your body. Dedicating time to practice different breathing techniques teaches you how to change the way you feel in your body.

Meditation is the experience of being at peace with the way you feel in your body.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to use three different diaphrams in your body, known as bandhas, to change your breath. You will practice four different breathing techniques, each creating its own unique state of mind.

Once you know how changing your breath changes your mind, you’ll learn one simple technique to instantly move your mind towards meditation unconditionally.
