Think of this class as practice for sleeping. Your bed, sheets, blankets and pillows are all props that you use while sleeping every evening. The props used in this class allow you to feel comfortable and supported, regardless of your experience with yoga.

This class encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focuses on stillness and encourages deep breathing.
