
A unique meditation approach that uses continuous grounding cues for ongoing relaxation. The techniques still the mind to develop an inner sense of peace, tranquility and security. The benefits of meditation are a calm, fulfilling and vibrant life. Time will be spent before the meditation participants' experience and/or challenges with prior meditations. Bring a notebook and writing utensil to journal after about the meditaiton for deeper understanding and to set intentions.
