Yoga takes the complexity of your mind and body and offers a strong, stable, foundational framework you can be grounded in.

    Moving, breathing, feeling and focusing in harmony with one another will bring you to a state of

    MEDITATION.

    It’s this state of meditation that will change everything for you. In meditation, you go beyond the mind and are no longer bound to the construct of duality. In meditation, you will learn to see the relationship between pain and relief. Once you identify the relationship between them, you can learn to play with the balance you feel between them.

The Inner Space roadmap is grounded in the natural processes you are consciously or subconsciously already going through in life.

Ben is a father of 2, a yoga teacher and the owner of Inner Space Yoga, a boutique yoga studio in NYC. Having spent years recovering from pain, he developed his own unique approach to teaching yoga for the purpose of healing. Now he is on a mission to help as many people as he can by making his teachings available to anybody, at any stage of their life, and in any part of the world. Ben is commited to creating change in the world and using his unique gifts to do so.

  • Even though you’re healthy and strong, you’re still in pain. None of the things you are currently doing are alleviating that pain. I don’t teach yoga for the sake of athletics or aerobics. The whole point of practicing with me is to alleviate the pain you suffer from. If you want to do yoga to get fit, you should choose a differnt teacher.

  • I get that, you’ve probably tried so many things in the past that havent helped you. Here’s why I’m differnt. I’m not selling a product, rather a process. I’m only illuminating the path for you to walk down. If you don’t commit to my program, I won’t be able to help you. But if you show up daily, you’ll find your healing along the way. If you’re ready to make a change in your life, this process will usher that change.

  • Nowadays, everyone is online trying to sell their quickfix solution to your problems. If the testimonials don’t convince you, and you’ve already seen the content on my social media pages, then rest assured that this process will not be a quick fix.
