The elusive flow state is experienced as free, clear and radiant. People spend their whole lives chasing after a feeling they only experienced once as a passing moment.
The flow state of mind can be accessed unconditionally. This workshop will teach you how to induce the flow state at will. From both a seated meditative posture and then also in a vinyasa yoga sequence, you will learn how to access the flow state mindset one breath at a time.

what the flow state is and how to recognize it in your life
how to induce the flow state with your breath
how to apply that breath to a vinyasa yoga sequence
how to use the breath to reduce stress and create a trusting relationship with your body and mind
