In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use yoga to hypnotize yourself into feeling better.

Using yoga poses to focus into the present moment, you’ll learn how to use the subtle art of suggestion with your subconscious mind in your body.

The tools you’ll use for hypnosis are visualization, sound frequencies and narrative. You’ll practice both, listening and speaking to the subconscious mind to cultivate a trusting relationship with the body. This strong relationship is what lends power to the subtle suggestions.

With a clear mind, the body will receive your suggestion. At this point you will use meditation to practice leaving the body alone long enough to see the proper pathway forward.

Using the yoga practice for hypnosis teaches the body to subconsciously feel better unconditionally.
