Pranayama

Pranayama is often mistranslated as ‘breath control’ but a more appropriate translation would actually be ‘universal life force energy expansion.’

The law of attraction is a universal law which states that whatever energy you put out is the energy you get back.

There are two general forms of energy in creation, passive (feminine) energy and expansive (masculine) energy. Subconsciously, you are always maintaining some form of balance between these two energies, even if that balance is a 90-10 split and you don’t feel balanced.

The goal of the yoga practice is to balance our energy for the purpose of feeling good in our bodies. Once you can simply feel good, then you can start to guide your life with the universal principles we will learn together.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • how to apply the universal law of attraction to your yoga practice and to your life in general.

  • how to move through the five steps of the law of attraction.

  • the fundamental principles of pranayama and how to expand your conscious awareness

  • to protect and conserve your energy so that you don’t have to always exert effort to get what you want

  • how to acclimate to the higher levels of stress, pressure, and tension, which come along with the expansion of your awareness

  • to ground yourself in the understandings of duality and entanglement thoughout the process

  • appreciate the lag time between when you initiate the law of attraction and when you begin to feel the desired results of your focused attention

  • involve your emotions in the process of receiving the fulfillment of your desires
