Join Shawna and Ben for this 90 minute experience. Ben will play the music and Shawna will provide the teaching. Expect to relax your body and open your mind in this workshop where you’ll be guided through movement and meditation while being encouraged to judge yourself favorably. With a calm body, you will slow down your mind and observe yourself from the inside out. In the practice of accepting all parts of your self, self-compassion creates the experience of allowance. When your body is in a state of allowance, it releases pressure, stress and tension.
