In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn and practice specific meditative techniques while you enjoy relaxing soundbath music.
It all begins with a gentle attunement process in a seated posture on the floor. From here, you’ll be guided to find alignment in your body which allows for rest. While resting your body, you’ll be guided towards meditation with continuous grounding cues which keep you focused in your body.
You’ll learn and practice techniques you can use to get into and deepen your meditative state. Either in a comfortable seat or tranistioning down on your back, you’ll practice these techniques while enjoying sound bath music.
