With movement, breath and meditation, we will experience resistance in the body and play with the way we interact with that resistance it in the mind. We will explore the ways in which the mind is the creator of all the resistance we feel in life. With this clarity, we can learn to change our perspectives on how we react to and process the stress related to resistance.
