STOP LEAKING ENERGY
Work of the Heart
You give so much of yourself away — to work, to the people who need you, to every notification pulling at your attention. By the end of most days, there's a real sense of depletion, like your energy just leaked out somewhere and you never got to choose where it went.
Pratyahara is the yogic practice of withdrawing the senses — turning your attention inward instead of constantly outward. Paired with heart-centered work, this workshop is about learning to protect your energy without shutting yourself down or closing off from the people you care about.
We'll spend time in quiet, inward-focused practice, using breath and stillness to help you notice where your energy tends to go, and how it feels to actually hold onto it instead. This isn't about becoming distant or guarded — it's about learning the difference between being open and being drained. Expect a slower, more meditative pace than a typical class, with real space for reflection.
No prior meditation or Pratyahara experience is needed. This is for anyone who feels like they're constantly giving more than they're keeping for themselves.
