You will learn the 8 step process of yoga as taught for over 2,000 years. We will use movement, breath and meditation to experience the full yoga practice. In this lecture style workshop, you will learn about how yoga was formed and why. With this information you will learn how to find yourself within the process and use it to your advantage. When you complete yourself, you begin to complete the world.
