THE MISING PIECE
A Samyama Practice
You've been showing up all year — building strength, working with your breath, sitting in stillness, doing the inner work. And yet something can still feel like it's not quite clicking, like each piece is doing its own thing rather than working together as one.
Samyama is the yogic practice of bringing concentration, meditation, and absorption together as a single, unified process. It's not a new skill so much as the moment where everything you've already been practicing starts to move as one continuous motion instead of separate parts.
This workshop moves slower and goes deeper than most of our other sessions — we'll spend real time in sustained stillness, letting focus settle into meditation, and meditation settle into a deeper, more absorbed state. There's less instruction and more space here, on purpose. By the end, many people describe a rare sense of everything lining up at once, even if only for a few minutes.
This workshop is best suited for those who've already spent some time with stillness and meditation, whether through our other workshops or your own practice — though anyone curious and willing to sit quietly is welcome to try.
