Mother’s Day Weekend Afternoon Retreat

 Slow down, take a breath, and reconnect to yourself during this 2.5-hour workshop designed to renew and revitalize your creative energy. 

We’ll begin with a welcome ceremony & art ice-breaker activity then move the body with a grounding, gentle yoga sequence. Once the body and mind are relaxed, they’ll be ready for a guided meditation and breathing practice.

With body and mind synchronized with one another, we’ll begin to create freely using the structured framework of mandala art. In this workshop, you will connect to yourself and with your community through an intuitive process of embodied artful creation.

All are welcome. No prior experience needed.
