Originally from North Carolina and now based in New York City, I’m a dancer, photographer, and creative who views yoga as an expressive art form. I received my 200-hour teacher training from the Asheville Yoga Center and have also completed an additional 50-hour Ayuryoga® training. My teaching is informed by studies across contemporary and modern dance, Katonah Yoga®, somatic movement, breathwork, fascia-focused practices, Pilates mat work, meditation, and embodied anatomy. Rooted in a multidisciplinary lineage, my classes emphasize spherical movement, spirals, and fluid transitions that balance structure with intuition. I offer warm, inclusive spaces where movement becomes a pathway to presence, healing, and creative expression—supporting students in a grounded yet transformative experience.
