This prenatal yoga workshop is a modified, holistic practice designed for pregnant people, focusing on gentle, safe, and nurturing movements to support physical and emotional changes during pregnancy, alleviate common aches and pains, and prepare for labor.

In this intimate workshop you will learn techniques you can practice at home during and after pregnancy:
- Dynamic yoga sequence
- Pelvic floor exercises
- Breathing techniques
- Self-massage
- Brief meditation
During the longest, shortest time with you and your growing baby inside your body, this workshop will create an opportunity for you to deepen that relationship and meet others who are going through the same experience as you.
