Friday Dec. 19th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm
This first session begins with an introduction to Ayurveda, the winter solstice and restorative yoga followed by a restorative yoga practice that will be both grounding and centering.
Saturday Dec. 20th from 12:30 - 2:00 pm
A full restorative yoga class which focuses on releasing tension, pressure and stress from the lower back.
Sunday Dec. 21st from 2:30 - 4:00 pm
A full restorative yoga class focused on calming rest and deep release.
