Friday Dec. 19th from 6:30 - 8:00 pm
This first session begins with a 30 minute introduction to Restorative Yoga and how to use the practice to find harmony with the winter solstice followed by a 60 minute sound bath with Kevin.
Saturday Dec. 20th from 12:30 - 2:00 pm
A full restorative yoga class focusing on releasing tension, pressure and stress from your lower back.
Sunday Dec. 21st from 2:30 - 4:00 pm
A full restorative yoga class focused on calming rest and deep release.
