Rest, On Purpose
A Yoga Nidra Sound Bath
You sleep, but you don't feel rested. You take a day off, and somehow it doesn't touch the exhaustion underneath. Regular rest has stopped being enough, and there's nowhere left to go for something deeper — until now.
Yoga Nidra is sometimes called yogic sleep — a guided practice that brings you into the space between waking and sleeping, where the body can rest more deeply than it usually can on its own. Paired with a sound bath of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, this workshop is built to reach a level of rest that a nap or an early bedtime just can't touch. You'll settle into a comfortable, fully supported stillness — no movement required, nothing to figure out. As you're guided into Yoga Nidra, the sound of the bowls washes over you, helping your body and mind settle further than they usually get to on their own. Most people leave feeling like they've slept for hours, even though they never fully lost awareness.
No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or sound work is required. This is for anyone who's tired in a way that regular rest just isn't reaching anymore.
